Studio Policies

I warmly welcome the sharing of my artwork.
If you do so, please ensure proper credit is clearly given.

Shipping

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched every Wednesday via FedEx.

Orders placed after Tuesday afternoon will be included in the following week’s shipment.

Estimated delivery timeframe: 3–7 business days, depending on location.

Each package is handled with great care to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Returns

Due to the nature of these pieces, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition. Any damage or alteration may result in a partial refund to account for loss in value.

If there is any issue with your order, please reach out — I will personally assist you.

Handmade Quality

Each piece is individually crafted.
Subtle variations and small irregularities are a natural part of the process and contribute to the uniqueness of the work.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs procedures, which are outside of my control.
